  • PART 1 - FINANCING

  • THESE CONDITIONS ARE INCLUDED for the benefit of the Purchaser and, within the conditional period described above, may be waived by the Purchaser by notice in writing to the Vendor or Vendor's Agent.

  • PROVIDED further that the Vendo may continue to offer the real property for sale and upon the Vendor's acceptance of another agreement of Purchase and Sale, the Vendor or the Vendor's Agent shall notify the Purchaser by telegram or in writing delivered to the Purchaser's address.
